Being good to yourself

Katie Breath Yoga focuses on being good to yourself by being good to your body, mind and spirit.

​

Gentle, loving and strengthening yoga classes offered with breathwork to ground and calm the nervous system followed by stretching and yoga strengthening through a slow hatha-inspired flow. Classes focus on being kind, compassionate and loving to your body, mind and spirit.

​

My yoga class style features dropping in and feeling your nervous system relax while connecting to your body and moving mindfully to release tension and strengthen muscles. My classes matches beginners and advanced yogis alike as I am very educational throughout the practice.

All are welcome.
