ABOUT
My yoga and breathwork journey started in my early twenties when I realized how a yoga practice balances mind, body and soul. I connected to my inner world in a way I didn't know possible. The awareness of how I moved on my mat translated to how I move in the world. Yoga offered me tools to bring more calm, ease and intention to life. Bringing peace to the flow of life.

I went deeper into my yoga practice by obtaining my 200 HR RYT in Boca Raton, FL in 2018. Within 10 days of completing my 200 HR YTT, I jumped back in to complete my 300 HR YTT as well as training in Thai-Yoga bodywork. I also became certified in SUP Yoga and have taken Strala yoga courses based in NYC.

With these YTT programs, I realized how deeply I love not just practicing yoga, but also teaching. I love sharing nervous system regulation tools of breathwork and yoga with others to hopefully offer the gifts that I have been so kindly given.

Breathwork grounds me and deeply regulates my nervous system. I use conscious breathing, 3 part breaths, Kapalabhati breathing and more. I love to lead a hatha-inspired yogic flow to bring stillness and silence into the yoga flow and holding poses for a longer periods of time to incorporate meditation and while strengthening muscle.

I love to teach yoga to all levels. Novice students and advanced yogis alike.

Yoga is about listening to your body, honoring yourself and connecting to your personal journey.
